Ok, I just wanted to see if there were balances on the Internet Payday Loans that I sent ACH letters to. After trying to log into the account there was a msg that said: We are sorry that we are unable to access your account at this time. If you need assistance, please contact us at
compliancedepartment[at]ameriloan.com and the same for OCC: We are sorry that we are unable to access your account at this time. If you need assistance, please contact us at compliancedepartment [at]oneclickcash.com
What does this mean?? I did not get a response from Clearwater Bay Marketing, MMG or DJR (all do not have a website.) Should I try and resend? I tried to fax the letters to all of them, however, MMG and CWBM did not go through. No response from the certified mail that was sent out, and I have not gotten anything back with a signature or that I had the wrong address.
Also, Should I send a demand for overpayment letter to those addresses?

Why don't you wait and see if the certified letters are received
Why don't you wait and see if the certified letters are received first. They probably locked you out of your account at their website because you made em' mad and they don't want you to have anymore access to your information that you may use against them. It isn't uncommon, it happens quite often with illegal lenders. Anyways, I would wait a bit more to see if they receive the first batch of letters.
Alrighty! Thanks a bunch. I am going to watch my bank account t
