I have a PDL with Integrity Advance for $300.00. I have already paid just over $500.00. I wanted to see if anyone could tell me if Integrity Advance is illegal for Ohio residents because I would really like to have these deductions stopped.

With regard to a PDL's licensing, go to the secretary of state's website for your state and see if there are registered, it may take some searching but it can be found. Also, when I search the PDL websites, I have found somewhere and written in VERY small print, they will tell you where the are registered. Please remember that although a PDL is located in once state, they may have licenses in a number of states.

Technically, a lender will have to have a license in every state in which they lend. There are a few exceptions on the internet, Tennessee is an example.

PDL owner you are very corrected I was just trying to let the person know although they are licensed in the PDLs home state, they may be licensed in others also. For example, I work for Best Buy and the HQ is in Minnesota but they also are licensed in Ohio and all 50 states so they conduct business.
