United Legal at it again

I received a call @ 9:45am from United Legal and they were demanding full payment of payday loan for Rio Resources. I stayed calm (surprisingly) and told them to call Brooke at Town & Country and that Rio Recources had accepted their proposal. Mike stated that United Legal was entitled to the money because the account had been turned over to them. I said ok whatever, we'll see who actually gets the money. Just give Town & Country a call. Guess what, United Legal as of 3:00pm today still hadn't called. Brooke told me not to worry they will deal with them. She assured me that the original creditors was getting the money.
Guess I got the last laugh against United Legal. :)

Please ensure that Rio Resources is giving the payment receipts
Please ensure that Rio Resources is giving the payment receipts to your consolidation company. These receipts will prove that the company has been getting money from you. When you are paying to one company, no other company can attempt collections for the same account.
If the collection agency insists you to pay money to them, ask for debt validation first. Let your counselor handle their calls as you are under professional help. He will settle the matter with the company.
