All of them at least 3 months behind. Do you think that debt settlement is possible for me?

Honestly? With balances that low, get a part time job and pay them off. I really dont think a debt settlement company is going to work with you because they cannot make much off of you. You are only 90 days right now....stop them from charging off and let your credit heal.
