A guy named Joseph S from VSC left message for me to call back about a return item from my bank and gave me a reference #. When I called back I got Elizabeth I asked what kind if company is this and she said it was a company that proceeds thru the court room and also a collection company. I gave the reference # and she said the number was wrong and the number she has was different and ask me if I was the person they were trying to get a hold of. I asked her what was this regarding to and she said unless I confirm that they are speaking to person who they need to talk to they could not give me any information regarding this matter. I asked her why they can't they send the information in writing and her response was I will not discuss private information to nosy people. And I hung up the phone. Do I need to call them back any say who I am or do I send them a DV letter before they proceed.

yes I did, I having trouble with CMG group, Ameriloan, myquikloan I have sent them C&D letters but it has work and I know that CMG group sent my account to SRS Associates , I don't know the other two what they have done

i wouldn't.all three ipdl's are illegal everywhere.send the dv l

i wouldn't.all three ipdl's are illegal everywhere.send the dv letter to vsc.send it certified mail return receipt.also file AG complaints against them.the court comment gets me.they are as illegal as the pdl's,and don't waste time proving it.

They cant do anything, especially being the company is Illegal.

They cant do anything, especially being the company is Illegal. It will be hard to get them to comply with the laws. However, it wouldn't hurt in letting them know you are serious about the matter ;)
