Juniper Biz offered me a 20% settlement on a 12500 debt. The were trying to contact me but I failed to respond. They did not send the offer in writing either. I contacted them and found that the offer had expired. I maid a new offer of 2000.00. The same as the original offer I received the 20% settlement counter offer from.
I was stunned they had made a 20% offer.

surely a good offer, but nothing is good unless it is in writing. to many horror stories that i have heard of it not being in writing and after payment is made they go back on thier word. so dont worry that it expired until its in writing.
