You should be able to get any debt removed from your credit report that was taken out before you was the age of 18. Make sure you let them know your age when this debt occured and that you want it removed. This same thing happened to my husband. His mother used his name and social security number to rack up a lot of credit care and utility debt. We had alot of hard work to get the report cleared. We called each listing on the report informing them of the age and circumstances. We followed up with registered letters and disputes with the credit bureaus. Eventually we got everything cleared but it took a lot of patience. You can do it good luck.

same thing happend to a family member of mine. you can get it removed but you must make LOTs of phone calls and give it some time and patience i think it took him almost 2 years. step mother used his credit when he was 12 for utilities and sort. what a mess. but you can do it.
