We have faithfully kept our end of the agreement Square One has grossly neglected their part of the agreement We have repeatedly faxed you, called you and e-mailed you. We have informed you that that we will now have two court summons to attend You have done nothing to assist us in this In fact you have aggravated the situation by ignoring it. If we had not involved Square One we would have been able to negotiate a non-court settlement on much better terms than being sued If only you had communicated with us we would not have to take the following action. Therefore pleased be informed that due to your inability to meet the terms of our agreement we are hereby cancelling this aforementioned agreement as of Oct 28th 2009 The last payment we will be making is by the bank draft paid by Regions Bank of $667.53 made on Oct 27th 2009. No other bank drafts will be honored We have paid you approx $11,500 and have not received one piece of positive advise or action. We are therefore obliged to inform the B.B.B. of both our home cities and States of your lack of acceptable performance on our behalf Electronically signed and dated by Stuart and Paula Hilton Oct 27th 2009 cc Regions Bank by hard copy B.B.B's by hard copy with copies of our correspondence to Square One President and CEO of Square One
