Question about member's PM (changing name)

Question - Kenneth Weller sent me a private message asking how to change his name. He said he PMed Vikas and Jason but would like to post but cannot due to his full name being on the internet. He has messaged me twice and I hate to see him hanging.. I said if he feels comfortable he can post in members only because it is more private but is there anything else I can do besides having him wait for a response?
I feel like such a newbie again

Failing all else, encourage him to log out and then post as a gu

Failing all else, encourage him to log out and then post as a guest until the name change can be resolved. Tell him he may have to wait for approval of his 'guest' posts before they appear in the thread. But this still lets him interact with the community and get what help he needs.

After all, Vikas has a life, too. Not too sure about Jason, though............
