At this point, your accounts should be reported paid, paid collection or settled with a zero balance. You can try disputing with the CRA's but it they are reporting correctly, they are under no obligation to remove their tradeline.

time and good behavior! anyway i have followed my own advice and still having trouble getting on track scince thanks to the recession all my cards have reduced my available credit or closed my account completely making my accounts more than 50% used. There are many things that factor into your score i would read up on what those things are. how long has it been scince you paid everything off? i would give it a few months and get your scores and reports for all the reporting agencies to be sure everything is accurate this is a starting point
