National Association of Consumer Advocates

Has anyone considered talking with the NACA (National Association of Consumer Advocates). Apparently they are attorneys who represent individuals who have been abuse and mistreated with unfair business practices.
I'm still seaching for information on Bennett-Deloney, and am coming across information received by the NACA.
So I'm curious if the NACA is similiar to the BBB, or if they are just an outside agency.
