Anyone have any Settlement info: Independant Bank/Elan Financial

Have a CC account with these folks, so far approaching maybe 80 days late, a few letters and a few phone calls that's it? I can't find any info to determine if they will settle %? Thanks

We settled with them a few months ago. They hardly ever called,
We settled with them a few months ago. They hardly ever called, then during maybe the third call, the caller says, "Ya know, you should make an offer". We replied what are you talking about? The guy says Well, with a balance like yours, 12K, I bet they'd take 3K, or 3 payments of 1K....We said go ahead, they called back and accepted, faxed over the settlement offer with terms, payments made via phone...I was aprehensive about them because there wasn't any info on them, That was the easiest settlement to date for us...:)
