I have heard before that people here have disputed this and gotten it off the credit report.
Exactly how did people disputed. You have to give a reason does someone have any ideas.

I was under the impression that because it was PDL and there is no place that has my legitimate signature on it that there should be a specific way to dispute it.

I know I was able to contact the CRA and tell them I was disputing an aged account (as in it was past the credit reporting period) and it was removed. I'm not sure how you would dispute a PDL, but someone in the other forum might know.
