Valentine and Kebartas

I have an outstanding debt w/ Dell Financial Services that I would like to go ahead and take care of now.
The debt has been sent to Valentine and Kebartas. They have called me repeatedly over the past few months but I have let the calls go to voicemail (and I end up getting a blank voicemail from them as a result). I have called and asked for information to be mailed to me(im weary of handling this over the phone), to no avail. I have left several messages and even emailed Scott Sweeney (which the website lists as Senior Vice President of Operations) about mailing me payment information, to no avail.
I have also read HORRIBLE things about this company, and would like to know if there is still a chance that I can deal w/ Dell directly in this matter. They have been forwarding me to the collection agency, but if I find an old statement and mail them a payment, can I just do it that way instead of dealing w/ a threatening collection agency?
Any help would be apprecated.
Thanks

Any payments mailed to Dell will be forwarded to Valentine and Kebartas. They are hired under contract so you must deal with them first....now if they break the law, then you have recourse to ask for a recall.

Can I just go ahead and mail those payments to Dell then? I mean, if the account is getting paid, then it shouldn't matter, right?
I don't want to be pressured by the collection agency into paying everyone off right now (b/c I can't do it), or to take out a loan to pay off my debt (which the website actually suggests). I am willing to make steady, regular payments until this is paid off.

Sure you can send it to Dell but the CA can still persue you since you do not have a payment plan set up with them. Since you have not actually talked to them by the sounds of things, you really have no cause to complain.

It is true that you want to make payment on regular basis but it is also true that OC might have given enough time and intimation before handing over your case to collection agencies.
I think they are acting as that of professionals.
