CA ignored DV and cease and desist at work

Ok, so I got a dunning letter from CTI for an illegal payday lender. I fired off a DV letter on 10/22 and in said letter I prohibited them from calling my work... today they called my work and left a message (which I saved). I did file a complaint with the FTC immediately but what else can I do. They have not sent me any validation and know they are not allowed to call my work phone.
