Please get something straight. The BBB does rate businesses but it is vert clear a out not favoring this industry ( please see www.bbbroundup.com) that being said we have had complaints some valid some not so valid we have been helping people for a DECADE and have had less than 40 complaints. Incedible for this industry. The true question is how many people have we helped and how much debt have they settled? We have settled over 135 million dollars in debt and have helped thousands settle thir debt. You don't last in abusiness this long unless you are doing MOST things right. Alex V. vp/ co founder
