Yes I was wondering has anyone ever dealt with these folks regarding debt settlement? There suppose to be a sister company to debt settlement USA. I am thinking about using them to help me get out of debt and am considering is this something I should pay them to do or should I take this on my self. One card has been charged off the other one is still with the original creditor and there showing Im 60 days behind but I havent been able to make a payment since feb. 2009.

Because of the laws in several states they can not operate as a settlement company, they opened the Brauer Law Office to get around the laws. Both offices have very few people working in their debt settlement department. And creditors are not fond of either one. If you look at the BBB report for Debt Settlement USA. The New York Attorney General is probing these companies. They just sued and won against Nationwide Asset Services last month for fraud.

Hey thanks for the reply I was going to enroll in there program but seeing as to the info you gave me I think I will not go forward with it. Who would you reccomend me getting into a program with. If anyone has some info on a good company please let me know.
