I had 6 payday loans. I would do the following. Is there anyway, you can get your direct deposit moved to a different account before these payments come due on Friday. If you can, move it to a different account, if you do not have a different account go open a new account ASAP and then get that money to the new account. You will probably have to close the old account.

Alot of posts say send a C&D, revoke wage assignment and ACH. Its far easier if you can to just close the account. But you will need to ask your bank if there is anyway the account can be reopened. I am sure more experienced people will come along.

Please list the following information so we can help you:
-Names of each pdl company.
-Whether they are store front or Internet.
-How much you borrowed.
-How much you paid so far.
-The state in which you reside.

The cash store 1500 store front I have paid a 1000.00 in interest. check n go 700.00 paid 1000.00 store front advance america cash advance 1200.00 paid 1200 in interest cash america 1500.OO store front 500.00 interest and the online one is cashnetusa for a 1000.00 and I have paid 250 in interest I reside in Texas. They are all storefront except for cashnetusa thank you

Ok, here is what you can try to do, I called my bank and they told me they can put my account on DEPOSIT only for now. This will allow you to get your check. Then they open a new account and you submit the direct deposit change to your employer. But make sure your Bank is completely sure NO withdraws allowed except you going in person to do so. I am new to this Forum and I was sleepless at night. I really thought the worst. Follow all the steps here. you will feel the relief once you start to take those steps.

I have a similar problem to DoubleVC, and have interest payments due this Friday, I really don't have the funds without letting another bill go to pay the interest. Please if there is anyone out there that can provide a suggestion I am ready to hear it, what I've been doing it not working!!

Oh I forgot, contact all the PDL's and tell them you need help and would like to make payments, give them a chance to work with you.

If they aren't on the list it doesn't mean they aren't members, you will need to call them and ask. I am pretty sure that America Cash Advance and Check n Go are members.

This is important because if they ARE members, you are eligible for the EPP (Extended payment plan, but they won't tell you about it, you MUST ASK for it. How it works is you pay off your loans in four separate payments on each of your paydays, the interest stops as soon as you sign up for it, but you need to ask for it BEFORE your next payment is due. And don't let them tell you they have no such thing because as members of the CFSA they MUST adhere to the rules or risk losing their membership. I was told that Texas does not have EPP by CashNet USA and Check N Go. Check N Go, says I would have to default before they can make a payment arrangement with me. I have not called the others just yet - Advance America, ACE Cash Express and Cash Biz. Any suggestions?

Also I just called CFSA and spoke with someone named Katie, who advised me that EPP is not offered in Texas and I should just call the lenders and see if I can work something out.
