Thanks for the numbers. The letter, I received from them, has a #800 number to call ( to talk to a 'live' person) and the FAX number, they have, is different than the one you gave me. WOW!! A 'lawyer' or 'CA' will do anything to get money, won't they? Just pathetic!!

If this debt is out of SOL I would DV them with a firm cease and desist by US Mail only and send it CMRR asap!!!! Include neighbors, family, friends, acquaintances and the dog if you have to. Once you know they received your tracked letter dispute with the CRA's.

Hey...no..I don't think the SOL has expired yet on this debt.But, ..I know it's close. Since I told them (more than once) to stop calling, they haven't called in a while. Actually...I'm a bit confused on WHY they are calling...probably because I wasn't notified that the debt was 'sold' to them. Wasn't I suppose to be notified if my debt went to someone else?

Want me to go pay them a visit? Can't be too far from where I live...lol
