Read this for me, please

One of the many projects that's been simmering on the back burner for a while is a how-to for recording telephone calls. I've been meaning to do it for better than a year now. Well, after having to explain how to do it four times in a week, I broke down and wrote the damn thing. You can get a copy of the final draft, in .pdf format, from this link. I'd appreciate it greatly if y'all would proofread it for me, before I release it to the community. Any comments apreciated.

I would add to the 2-party section that if the collector starts with "This call may be recorded" then you may record them as well w/o informing them. Also, another way to record in a 2 party state with out telling them is to add "All calls to my home and cell are recorded". Send your DV CMRRR and track the receipt online. Any calls you get from them after they have received your notice of recording are fair game for recording since they have given tacit permission by calling after recieving notification.

Thanks! I'll probably be doing at least one more rewrite on it before I turn it loose into the wild. I'll include those tips. I also want to cover some of the newer hardware available.
Anybody else?

OK... I incorporated ND's suggestions. Still hoping to add in some more tech stuff, but I think it's basically a done deal. Second revision is available here. Changes are noted in blue text.
Anybody else got any comments? In particular, is there anything that might be confusing to our hypothetical 'least sophisticated consumer?' I'd like to put this out for the community in the next few days.
Wulf, I would read it, but I'm not able to concentrate right now

I read it when you first posted it and i think it looks great but i did not want to say anything really because i am nowhere near an expert on this :)
i live in a one party state and my cell phone records, that's the only experience i had with this.

Then you're exactly the person I'm aiming this guide at. An 'expert', by definition, would already know how to do it. Thus, he wouldn't need my scribbles.
I'm presenting a moderately technical subject to a tech-illiterate person, in a high stress situation. What I'm looking for are opinions as to how understandable the material is, for our hypothetical 'least sophisticated consumer.'

What make and model of cell phone do you have? And what would you do if you needed to record a collector on your home phone?
