Chase Settlement Letter- feedback needed

Hi Everyone- I'm excited that I was able to settle 2 of my 3 Chase accounts yesterday and I got faxed settlement letters for both today. I just want to make sure that the verbage used won't screw me over.
It says "we will report your account to the national credit bureaus as "settled" with no balance due. Is that good enough to ensure that they don't sell off the remaining balance to a third party collector?

I received the same letters. I did receive statements today for a couple of the accounts that I settled. They showed balances due. When I called to check I was told all accouts were in the system as Closed and Paid in Full.
I would say the language "no balance due" would confirm the sett
I would say the language "no balance due" would confirm the settlement and would stand up in court if anybody tried to come after you down the road.
