Just wondering, why it hadn't occurred to you earlier to prepare yourself for the court date.
If you don't show up tomorrow the creditor will then get a default judgement against you. They can then garnish wage or put levy against your bank account till you satisfy the judgement. You should show up tomorrow to plead your case and avoid default judgement.

Thank You SC for your advice it was very helpful! As to why I waited so long its just the nature of being overwelmed with debt! I am actually planning on going for bk but I need to wait a couple months to put my ducks in a row. So it worked out perfect I didn't want my bank account frozen so I agreed to monthly payments of $100 per month.
