Hi, I would be grateful if anyone could look at my situation and offer advice. I am in Texas.

This is what I owe and have paid in fees:

Ace Cash Express - $1000 - $882 paid in fees
Apply Advance America - $1000 - $762 paid in fees
Check n go - $500 - $408 paid in fees
Loanpoint USA - $300 - $450 paid in fees
Wages Fast - $200 - $225 paid in fees
CMG Group - $200 - $225 paid in fees

They are all internet loans. The fees I pay bi-weekly take all my paycheck. I can't go on like this as I am behind on everything else now. I can't afford for the car to be repoed just so I can go on paying these people. Already had the electric disconnected.

I have already opened another bank account and switched my direct deposit so I can at least get caught up with the important stuff. Should I close the account these pdl's are coming from and try to work out payment arrangements?

Any advice?

Thanks

Ace Cash Express - $1000 - $882 paid in fees- My apologies, they ARE licensed, work out a payment plan with them.
Apply Advance America - $1000 - $762 paid in fees - You owe them $238.00, they are also unlicensed in Texas.
Check n go - $500 - $408 paid in fees - Request an EPP, click the link below to read about the EPP, number 11. http://www.cfsa.net/industry_best_practices.html
Loanpoint USA - $300 - $450 paid in fees - They owe you $150.00, they are also unlicensed in Texas.
Wages Fast - $200 - $225 paid in fees - They owe you $25.00, they are also unlicensed in Texas.
CMG Group - $200 - $225 paid in fees - They owe you $25.00, they are also unlicensed in Texas.

Edited: I was confusing Ace Cash Express with Ace Cash Services, Express is licensed, Services in NOT. Shazzers
I don't understand how Ace Cash Express and Apply Advance America can be unlicensed in Texas when they have storefronts. Where is this information coming from? Are they just unlicensed to lend online?
Uh oh, you are RIGHT! Again I was thinking of Ace Cash Services! My bad! I'm not sure what I was thinking when I said Apply Advance America was unlicensed, let me check the licensee data base again, that may be where I got my original information. Be back!

Apply Advance America is a legal CSO but they are very easy to work with. Call them and they will break your loan in 4 payments if it's over 1000$ or in 3 payments ( if it's under 1000$). Be careful though..the amount that that they'll break is the principle plus the fees.

I am the OP. I have put a hold on my checking to account so I can stop my car being repoed and the electric disconnected.
What can I do now? Do I wait for the phone calls and emails and work out a payment plan? I am not worried about the unlicensed loans as I have already way overpaid. But I want to arrange plans with the other three.
What should I do now? I defaulted on Friday 11/27. I guess the phone will start ringing tomorrow.
Any thoughts? Thanks
