Hi. I had a collection case go to default judgement. However, I filed a motion to set aside the default, which the judge accepted. He removed both the judgement and the default.

If I provide legal proof of this to TransUnion, are they legally bound to remove the judgement from my credit report?

Thank You

Since you have vacated the judgement successfully contact both the collection agency and the credit bureau with the proofs to get it removed from your report.
