I am in Tennessee. Are these IPDL's legal or illegal lenders? I know TN allows them, but I just want to see how I can find out if they are licensed at all, and where.

Paycheck Today

Thank you so much!

if they avoid the question,or flat out don't tell you.then it's pretty safe that they are not licensed.i do know that 1000cash is not legal anywhere as shazzers stated.

Then it would be obvious to me they aren't licensed anywhere, however, what I usually do is check licenses in the following states first because lenders who use outlandish interest rates usually obtain a license in the states that are most lax with the payday loan laws, try researching, Delaware, Nevada, and Utah.

You guys are super helpful, thanks. 1000cash has been a nightmare. They are downright nasty and keep threatening to sue me, but no one will tell me about their license, and the amount they keep asking for changes with each person I talk to, one girl gave me three different amounts in the same day.
