well a wage assignment is a voluntary paper that can be revoked at anytime.that is why when a newbie posts we advise sending wage assignment revocation letters,and giving them to their HR person first.once that is done then only a court order can get you garnished.

Where did you get that letter? That is the type of letter a debtor would send to a creditor, not the other way around.

The one you have posted sounds like an ACH revocation letter and not a wage assignment authorization. Regarding the wage assignment letter, Paul is right, it can be revoked anytime. And, then you need to send the letter that you have posted.
