Email address for MyCashNow?

I've tried 3 times to email MyCashnow at [EMAIL="support@mycashnow.com"]support@mycashnow.com[/EMAIL], only to have it bounce back as undeliverable...despite the fact that they emailed me my loan approval from this address.
What gives, I wonder?

I sent a reply back to the same email and it bounced back! Something is just not right. Maybe when their payment comes back they will email me from their REAL email addy.
