Anyone familiar with FMS Inc??

Financial Management Svc
4915 S Union Ave
Tulsa, OK 74107 - 7839
(918) 747-4884

Had a call, no message, from this company.
No idea why. As mentioned, no message left, but then, I also don't have my answering machine hooked up yet.
Working today anyway, then out of town for a train show.
Even if home, would not have answered phone. If I don't know the name/number, I don't answer!!

Hi Keith

It is better to talk to the caller for at least one time and identify the purpose of the call. It might happen that this agency is attempting collection on any of your past account.

If you do not respond to their call, the company will assume that you are trying to avoid a legitimate debt and might force legal actions against you. This won't be good for you.

Get the details of the account from FSM and if it is found legitimate, make payment arrangements so that you can improve your credit file. I know some companies make the dealings quite tough, but after all, your credit should appear in good shape and you have to take steps to maintain its worthiness.

Let us know the outcome of your contact with FSM.

This company is terrible. They kept calling me, would not stop even though I told them I was on the don not call list and would not identify why they were calling me. I had to do some research to find out who they were. They had the completely wrong information and yet treated me as if I was harassing them by requesting them to stop calling me several times a day and everyday!

Their employees are very rude and not at all helpful!

i hav gotten several calls from these people on my caller ID. they finally left a message on my machine. i called them back and they were asking about some car loan. they had the wrong person.

pay your bills and you won't get these kind of calls, at least not on purpose anyway.
