credit given to Pinnacle from my bank

Pinnacle hasn't contacted me yet. I have not yet looked at my credit. I have been out of the country for a year.
I don't know what my next steps should be. I don;t want to let them get the best of me. I have no cell phone so they haven;t called.
Suggestions please. the amount owed is about $8,000 at my bank that was turned over to Pinnacle.

First thing Monday morning, call your local court and see if there's a judgement against you. Then get back to us with what you find out.

You were out of the country? In military service? If so, then your legal affairs office should also be able to help you out. If these guys got a judgment against you without notifying you, and you were overseas on deployment at the time, the military lawyers can probably do something about that.
