Well I had filed a complaint with the AG's Office in Nevada somtime ago about Cash Today. Well today they called me because of the complaint (live person). I don't want to go into too many details in case they are reading these posts.

But they have received numerous complaints about this company and are being investigated extensively.

Whoo!!Hoo!!

AG's Office will like to review your case in person. Be positive and keep in touch with them. I am hoping the same actions with many others who have placed the complaints with them. This is good news for all of us here.

Htgt123, the AG of Florida took the same steps before throwing out Ellis Crosby. I am just thinking positive about the things that will happen on your side and in getting your money back from them.

Please update us on this matter often. Thanks

Yes, it will help those who have filed the complaints with the AG. But they need to review each of the complaints personally. For this they might have given you the call.

After the AG proves the fraudulent activities of Cash Today, the company might be brought under legal surveillance and also might be penalized heavily. This amount can be adjusted towards the consumers who have been scammed by them.

Did the AG give you any date to appear in front of them? Or, will it be a telephonic discussion?

Ok, but you can expect a detailed discussion from the AG. Since he will like to collect individual facts from the consumers before they file any charges against the company.

Congratulations for your hard work. You might be one of the few ones who have been contacted at the first state of legal action. I assume that you might have taken their aid and filed complaints regularly.

That's great news :-) Did you file with the attorney general in your state as well? I was told by the FTC to file in my state if I had a complaint against a payday lender. I have filed against three so far for illegal activities. I haven't heard back from the attorney general's office yet but it was only last week. Also, I sent it copies of certified mail letters as well as notes and e-mails today. I have heard horrible things about Cash Today. Keep up updated :)
