Got a Pre Approved credit card offer from GFS Financial Solutions, Inc.
As follows:
Dear ___________
Your current creditor Asset Acceptance LLC has placed your account with GFS Financial Solutions, Inc. (GFS) for collection.
Then there is a offer to accept a credit card and pay off a old debit that Asset Acceptance LLC owns.
I sent DV and FOAD letters Asset Acceptance 6 months ago never heard from them since.
Question? Should I DV GFS also? on the reverse side of the offer it states this is a attempt to collect a debit etc...
Is this a valid collect request do I need to respond?

you sent an FOAD letter?then i'm guessing this is past SOL.if so send them the same letters as you did with assett acceptance.both are major bottomfeeders.send GFS the letters you sent to assett accept.
