Call 'em up, and see what they want. If they get outta line, just hang up. Verify your mailing address, tell 'em you'll be waiting for something in writing, then hang up. No need to get sucked into a debate, or put up with abuse.

They claim to work in conjunction with the Bank of Delaware and all the bank wants is the money they gave to some payday loan company you may or may not have borrowed from. When you cannot keep to "Their" schedule they threaten you with court action that "you will have to have someone sign for if you are not at home". They then threaten to sue you for the entire amount plus all of the interest they care to add on. Do not believe them.

These people have called me a couple of times. The first time the "lead investigator" threatened me with jail and fines if I didn't pay. The second and third times they claimed I have a court date and that they will send someone to my home and or place of business and serve me with papers for my court date and won't say who they work for. The "lead investigator" trys to sound like an officer of the court or a person from a law enforcement agency. When questioned about who they work for, they won't answer. They also won't send any information about who the debt they are collecting for. I'm all for paying my debts, but don't violate the Fair Debit Collection Pratices Act.

yesterday i also got a call from this guy named brian, he was telling me that he was going to come to my house to serve me some papers that needs my signature. He then went on to tell me that the check n go services that i hV NOT PAID BK YET IS GOING TO SUE ME. he told me to look at the documents on page whatever but i told him i dont have any documents. he said that maybe he can stop them from filing a civil suit against me, but he wasnt sure because they had already spent money to take me to court. so he puts me on hold comes back and says they are willing to wrk with me but they will need a down payment of 200. and they will only except credit cards. he said if i didnt call bk with the information he will know i was intentionally committing fraud and that i was going to be sued

Two days later, he called her again and stated that I had not responded to his letter of intent (which, I never received). I was required to appear in court, but did not say when or what court. He stated he would visit me at home on Friday between 12 and 4 if not there they will go to my place of employement. He stated that I needed to be there with my ID to confirm it was me.

Has anyone ever received these calls and then actually been served by this guy? Has anybody actually gone to court?

Global Check and Credit Services on a good note actually helped me out and took care of a debt that i had taken out a year ago. The people there were very nice and i recieved documents from them with my account in full and then it was removed from credit report.

hey this company keeps calling me and i paid them and i want my money back, they said they were a credit company i own and i called the company that i really did owe and they said they never got the payment. what should i do?
