Send a letter to Experian, CMRRR. Ask them to explain how they investigated that particular tradeline. Tell them that you have requested validation from the CA, and they have not provided it. Enclose a copy of the letter and the green card. Then ask nicely that the unvalidated tradeline be removed from your CR. Offer to sue them for FCRA violation if they fail to comply.
You might also send a similar letter to the CA. Make this one strongly worded and all business. Leave out the 'nice' completely. Explain that you've requested validation, and they've failed to comply, while continuing to report on your CR. Tell them to either validate (they can't, or they would have by now) or remove the tradeline from your report completely. Promise to sue if they don't comply.
If either the CA or the CRA fail to comply, sue. You have them by the short hairs, with solid documentation.
