Im so mad right now i have used checkngo online for more than a yr and have great history. Well my account info changed and i called it in and they still ran it under the old number. I called to talk about it. And she told me as soon as it gets returned im being sent to collection. I told her i want to pay it. She refused to talk about it and told me they will be calling me. Has anyone delt with them. Im kind of scared the way she was on the phone. I live in california. Please help

I am calling them first thing monday. The part that makes me the maddest was I have them money to pay them. I gave them the account info last week, and called to double check they had it. I just dont want any trouble out of them, since they are legal. I want to pay them. She acted like I was lying even though she read the notes back to me. and I have an confirmation e-mail too. what a mess.

Make sure you complain to the corporate office, it may just be an employee error.
