On June 1st 2009 the BBB was notified the Phenix City, Alabama address had been changed to PO Box 14440 Springfield Mo. 65814. The BBB attempted to confirm this address change with the company, however a phone message left with the company has not been returned and one of the two phone numbers on file has been disconnected. The BBB did confirm the address provided by the Postal service to be that of a Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation office in Missouri. The phone number for that office is 1-417-882-2508.

Cms is by far the worst company I have ever subscribed to, I'm in the same boat as post number3 they will not answer emails or calls. And the don't give you any proof that they did any thing. They say use novaction but show no contract proof of what they sent to the cc company.therefore you have no case in court.
