I live in Kentucky, and have three IPDL's that are killing my bank account. They are from cash transfer centers, cashpoint USA, and integrity advance. What is the best way to proceed on these to get rid of them once and for all?

Close your bank account so they no longer have access to your account. Then you will have leverage to negotiate a settlement. The most interest a payday lender is supposed to charge someone in KY is 459 % or $15 dollars for every $100 borrowed. I would be willing to bet that are charging you more like $30 for every $100 borrowed and thus are breaking KY Law. Should be easy to settlement with.
