Thank you everyone. I have sent letters asking for refunds and Everest cash advance is giving me lip. The others are kind of quiet right now. I am going to work relentlessly to get refunds. Thanks to this site, the information is so useful and accurate. I have contacted the Department of Banking, Insurance and Securites, The attorney Peter Nickels and the Attorney general and BBB of that state. I am not going to let these crooks run free. Incidentally, I paid Everest cash $990.00 and the loan was for $300.00. I believe they owe me $690.00. Please correct me anyone. They have not agreed they are licensed in the US. So, as the various message boards state, they are only entitled to the $300.00. They are trying to say I owe them $390.00. Please
