I am in the process of cleaning up my cb report, I had a mortgage with emc attempted a loan mod, got out before foreclosure but it shows up as pre foreclosure, also was part of class action suit against emc and won (peanuts) but do to illegal practices against emc can I dispute this filing. Also professional debt mediators filled neg info to cb about a illegal payday loan (mtcashnow)
