I have mulitiple payday loans that have just defaulted and i am so frightened. Should I use Langhorne or some other debt settlement company? Can you do it on your own? I live in the state of NY? A few of them have started calling already and seem willing to make settlements. I have already asked them to make their settlements lower and are waiting to hear back from them.
