.My husband have 40k in debt, is was hard to pay ,because of interest rate go up so bad, we was paying credit bills in time every month, but he is so slow at his job right now ,,so we sign with the debt settlement company about 5 months ago ,we still getting calls from credit companies, they telling us they gone suit if not pay our bills, I don’t know what to do, can I trust settlement company o fail for bankruptcy Thanks.

If you're with a debt settlement company right now my advice is to pay into the program as much as you can each month so you can get out of debt fast. Most companies stretch programs out to ridiculous # of months only to have clients sued left and right.

Is anyone knowing "Debt Answer" debt settlement company, can I trust, or not. Collection agency keep calling us, they telling they will suit us if we not gone pay, well I don’t know what to do anymore. The settlement companies explain how its work, but collection companies don’t care what I telling them
