Can a disputed item that gets deleted hurt your credit score?

The earliest my credit history goes back to is about November 2007. I've been doing good so far and my 3 scores are:
713, 668 (experian which shows me as having an item in collections but paid and closed), and 692
However, I had this on there from ONLY TransUnion (they have my score at 713). This makes it appear as though my history started from JAN '03 to OCT '03. But I don't even know what this is (supposedly Capital Credit Alliance) and I never made any payments....

Will this bring down my score (it was deleted in a dispute)?

Well, amongst the debt elimination methods, debt consolidation would probably cause the least damage to your report.
