Sportsbook chargeback i need help

My old sportsbook charged my card and say they have recordings of my voice initiating the payments...what i want to know is will these have any relvevence if i never sent them a copy of the card they charged or ever signed for this money that they took out......it is all on a netspend visa

I think that the recorded conversation where you have given them your bank info can be regarded as verbal authorisation. Hopefully someone would correct me if I'm wrong.
