Just got off the phone with them, They sent me a letter, offered me 1522.00 on a 6000.00 debt, but settled for 1300.00 in 4 payments. They are pretty easy to deal with, I guess I am close to 180 days late. Hopefully this all works out.

No I didn,t answer the phone that much, knowing I could not offer them whta they wanted, They finally after about 150 days, Started to give me better offers, You just have to be persistant right now and be prepared to take what you feel you can deal with.

I just called Bank of American yesterday. I was 120 days late on business account card and they offered me 20% settlement on $22,000 payable over 3 months.
