I need to find a form to look at so I can make a motion to set aside the judgment of a garnishment


Based upon what? Can you provide the specifics of the situation. Most court pleadings are basic and only need contain the court, the parties/caption, the title of the motion, followed by the reasons or facts sufficient to warrant the relief sought, and at the end the relief sought...

You still need a basis however...
