Some of these aren't operating as payday lenders, such as CashNetUSA, they are a CSO (Credit Service Organization) and would not follow the payday loan laws, they are usually perfectly legal in what they charge and their interest rate is usually very high since they are not regulated. We need to know which of these lenders are store front and which are Internet lenders.

ChecknGo is also a legal lender, one thing you might do is go into the store (assuming it is a store front lender) and request an EPP, you can read about the EPP at the link below, number 11.
http://www.cfsa.net/industry_best_practices.html
You will have to ask for an EPP because they won't tell you about it. I have also heard from other members that Checkngo is notorious for denying people an EPP, however, they are members of the CFSA (Community Financial Services Association of America and MUST adhere to the Industries guidelines, see the link below.
http://www.cfsa.net/best_practices.html
So, you will need to be pushy with them and insist that they extend the EPP. You might even need to call the CFSA at 703-684-1029 and complain that one of their members (Checkngo) is refusing to allow you the EPP. In other words, you are going to need to stick up for yourself and MAKE them give you what is legally due yours.

You can look through the link below to see if any of your other lenders are members of the CFSA, if they are, you will also be eligible for the EPP from them also:

Good luck and keep us posted!

Let us know which of these lenders are store front and which aren't.
