If I have 2cc with same company and pay 1 off

I have 2 CC's with Capital one and 2 with Household, I have 1 with each at around a $1k and others are $3.5k. if I pay the ones off at $1k and not the others will they close the accounts?
If I stop paying all but those 2, I can pay them off in 3 months, So at least 2 or the 6 CC won't be negative... ANy words of wisdom
