The ONLY ways to stop them from debiting your account are to close it completely or get your bank to put it on "Deposit Only" status. The latter is risky because it can be overridden by the corporate office without you knowing it! Get a live check from your payroll for a couple of weeks.
Good news! The Florida Consumer Financial Act makes loans by non-licensed lenders non-collectable regardless of their geographical location. Also you have already paid them over the 18 percent cap under that law. Also wage assignments are also illegal in Florida. Even so send a revocation letter to them if you agreed to one of those and give a copy to your payroll person just to be safe.
If I were you I would turn the tables on them and go for a refund! If a third party collector should get involved do not pay them a dime! They have no legal recourse in your case! You are done!

Frogpatch, thanks for your reply. I have been going from thread to thread and have seen that you are a great help to others. What I was unsure of is whether either of these lenders are legal because some of the threads are somewhat old, and I know how laws change quickly. I considered asking for a refund, but frankly I'd be happy to not pay anymore! I need to find the exact amount I've overpaid by, before going that route.
If anyone could direct me to a FL-specific letter to send, I would appreciate it!

I will be sending this email out immediately, and will be sure to update with any results. I will be asking for a refund as well.
I am so glad I decided to finally post. The immediate reassurance from frogpatch that I am indeed done was a HUGE relief. Now to set it in motion!
