HSBC signed my card up for that card insurance that I never unauthorized. I have called them for all the payments I for that and they wont do a thing about it. What can I do?

How long ago did they add the insurance?

Generally, under the FCBA, you have to dispute charges within 60 days of the statement date for which the charge appeared. After 60 days, they may not be legally obligated to reverse those charges.

Going forward, you should immediately send them a written request to cancel the insurance. Also for any statements that have been issued within the last 60 days, you should dispute those charges as unauthorized and demand them to reverse/credit your account for those fees.
