attorney needs statements of all credit cards, (approx 150k) in order to begin with the filing. If the cards(s) have been charged off (as they have on a number of the cards), does the attorney need the collection agency's name or is the Original Creditior good enough? thanks

IMO you need to pull the credit report to see the status of the accounts you have. The attorney may require the collectors' names for the accounts listed against collection. For the rest you'd need to provide the contact details of the creditors. Also, if the account is only assigned to the CA and not sold by the creditor then you may need to list the OC in the bk papers.
