You were all right about B of A being the easiest to deal with. I was 120 days late and returned their call yesterday. They immediately offered me 20% on $22,000 payable in 3 installments. Done!

We are starting the settlement process - just a few weeks late so far.
How many days late were you ? I have 3 BofA cards about 55k
